CONDO RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective January 1, 2007 the published daily rates are for: High Season January 05 March 31 Low Season .April 01 December 22 Christmas Season ..December 23 January 04
Minimum Rental ..Five Days Minimum Three Week Rental Discount 5% on Daily Rate Four Week Rental Discount ..10% on Daily Rate (Call for other special discount rates)
Number of Guests ..One to Six Guests All rates are subject to 4.166% State General Excise taxes and 7.25% State Transient Accommodation taxes. All reservations are subject to one time check-in/parking fee of $15.00
v One night's rate plus taxes deposit will confirm all reservations v Balance due thirty five days before arrival v Sixty days notice of cancellation for high season required for full refunds v Forty days notice of cancellation for low season required for full refunds v Christmas booking full payment by October 15th. No refunds Note: Any changes in arrival or departure dates MUST be made 60 days prior to arrival for high season and 40 days for low season. All changes are subject to availability.
